An experienced litigator and business strategist.
Prior to founding Cameron | Ringwood, Jordan was a partner at the biggest law firm in the world. While there, he learned firsthand that bigger is not better for the vast majority of companies and individuals. He formed Cameron | Ringwood to provide the same quality of service big law offers in a more individualized and client-focused setting.
Jordan is an experienced litigator and business strategist whose practice balances complex commercial litigation and compliance consulting. As a litigator, Jordan regularly represents clients in claims involving contract enforcement/interpretation, copyright/trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, licensing disputes, ownership/member disputes, employment disputes, unlawful competition, fraud, and consumer-based claims such as class action claims arising under the Telephone Consumer Protections Act and other similar consumer protection laws. Jordan also represents clients in appeals arising from these same areas of law.
As a consultant, Jordan performs deal due diligence, risk and liability assessments, compliance audits, and creates compliance strategies and corresponding policies related to consumer communications, advertising, and data privacy matters arising from state, federal, and international laws and regulations, including, as examples, the Federal CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the FTC’s Truth in Advertising regulations.
